Daarom kan dit nuttig wees om belangrike items saans deur te kyk. ’n Verskillende slaapfase is verantwoordelik vir verskillende geleerde inhoud. VOB-slaap ondersteun psigomotoriese leerwerk. Musiek maak en sport val in dié afdeling. In teenstelling daarmee word suiwer kennis tydens diep slaap geleer. Alles wat ons leer, word daar deurdink. Selfs woordeskat en grammatika!
